Join your colleagues at the 2026 AUC Annual Meeting on January 21-23! The Ritz-Carlton will serve as the site of the program and social events. The room rate is $349 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees. You will also be charged a reduced resort fee of $20 per night, which will include the following amenities:

Secure your reservation at the conference rate by December 24, 2025. The AUC room block at The Ritz-Carlton may sell out before the December 24, 2025, deadline. The room blocks are held at a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Attendee Notice
AUC is required to guarantee a minimum number of room nights at The Ritz-Carlton and will be financially responsible for any unused rooms. To help us fulfill this obligation, we ask that you do not book reservations at nearby hotels and instead stay at The Ritz-Carlton. We have made every effort to set a conservative minimum number of room nights while reserving sufficient sleeping rooms for meeting attendees. This being said, the AUC room block may sell out before the reservation deadline of December 24, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
You must notify AUC in writing of your cancellation.
Any registration cancellations must be due to professional and/or personal/family health emergencies and be made in writing directly to the AUC office two weeks prior to the first day of the Annual Meeting. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $50 administrative fee. Two weeks prior to the Annual Meeting, no refunds will be given under any circumstance. AUC operates solely through your membership dues and meeting registration, and we appreciate our members’ understanding of this policy to ensure continued operations for our esteemed association.
Hotel Cancellation:
If you have registered and made hotel reservations but later find you are unable to attend the meeting, you must cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel. Please note that even if the hotel confirms your cancellation, if AUC is still invoiced for your reserved room nights, you may be required to reimburse AUC for those charges. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
